About Jeremy
Jeremy is a registered clinical psychologist who works with adults looking for thoughtful, evidence-based support, across a wide range of concerns.
Jeremy has worked across hospital, university health, and specialist eating disorder and chronic pain services, and has a particular interest in eating disorders, chronic pain management and anxiety. He is warm, curious and compassionate, and creates a safe, non-judgemental space to think honestly about what's going on.
Therapeutic approach
Jeremy's work is rooted in evidence-based practice and tailored to each person. It starts with understanding: helping you make sense of the patterns that keep showing up, and the emotions underneath them. From there, sessions focus on practical skills you can take with you, such as tools for regulating emotion, softening unhelpful thinking, and building a life that feels workable again.
He draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and, for OCD, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with approaches designed specifically for eating disorders and chronic pain, choosing what fits you and your goals.
