Calm, evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety and emotional regulation, and grief and loss. Over a decade of clinical experience supporting adults across diverse settings in Aotearoa and South Africa.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward? When life feels heavy or confusing, therapy can offer space to slow down and feel understood. As a clinical psychologist, Inge provides a calm, non-judgemental environment where you can make sense of what’s going on and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident.
Inge works with adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, stress, grief, and significant life transitions. Many of the people she supports are high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, self-critical or disconnected on the inside.
Therapy with Inge is more than just problem-solving — it’s an opportunity for growth, healing and self-discovery. She walks alongside her clients, creating a supportive and collaborative space built around understanding your unique experiences and goals.
Inge practises eclectically, taking a holistic and person-centred approach. Her work is shaped around your needs and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), alongside trauma-informed practices for clients working through past experiences.
She focuses on creating a space where you feel heard. Her goal is to help you understand the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, and to give you practical tools you can carry well beyond the therapy room.
