Feeling isolated from peers is often a contributing factor and can impact health and wellbeing. Thankfully there are skills and practical strategies we can learn that make a real difference and help us to thrive – even during a global pandemic.

There is no doubt that Covid-19 is causing a significant amount of disruption and uncertainty.  Overnight, it seems, many of us have had to change the way we work, the way we interact with each other and the way we do life in general. This has left many people feeling anxious and afraid of what the future holds, creating a heightened level of stress. For many, these reactions can be so strong and intense that they have the capacity to overwhelm someone’s ability to function normally, impacting both their physical and mental health.

Resilience is the ability to respond positively to adversity, to bounce back and find a way forward. The good news is, this is a skill we can grow and develop and this one hour workshop is designed to do just that – to increase the personal levels of resilience in your staff and provide some practical tools to help mitigate the threat/stress response. These strategies will be explained and practised in this interactive online workshop.
